The TRANS4GREEN Toolbox comprises six themes.
The first introduces learners to the world of sustainability, while the remaining five focus on the transversal skills defined in ESCO:
- Adopt Ways to Foster Biodiversity and Animal Welfare
- Adopt Ways to Reduce Negative Impact of Consumption
- Adopt Ways to Reduce Pollution
- Engage Others in Environment Friendly Behaviours
- Evaluate Environmental Impact of Personal Behaviour
How to Use the Resources as a Trainer?
- Theoretical Presentation: Present key concepts and theories. Videos, examples, and discussion tasks will help learners grasp the material and encourage critical thinking.
- Skill Assessment:
Use three-level assessments (four for workplace training) to track progress and tailor future sessions to learners’ needs.Training Scenarios: Engage learners with real-world tourism situations. Decision-making exercises build green and transversal skills, boost confidence, and support labour market readiness. - Independent Work: Encourage self-study with prepared tasks and materials to reinforce learning
