After months of dedicated development, we are proud to launch the TRANS4GREEN ToolBox — a comprehensive set of training resources designed to support the implementation of the TRANS4GREEN Methodology and the integration of green skills into Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the tourism sector.
The ToolBox is designed for VET administrators, trainers, and learners and covers six key topics: one introductory module and five modules aligned with the transversal green skills defined in ESCO version 1.1.1.
Key features of the ToolBox include:
Two versions: one for general VET learners and an adapted version for learners from disadvantaged groups
Each topic provides:
Presentations with essential concepts
Training scenarios tailored to three tourism professions: Hotel Administrator, Waiter/Barman, and Travel Agency Organizer
Self-learning materials
Tests, tasks, and checklists to assess learning outcomes
Using active learning methods, the ToolBox is a valuable resource for VET providers in Bulgaria, Turkey, and Lithuania. All materials are free to use and can be adapted for other sectors and educational contexts.
