The third co-design focus group workshop took place on 12th of August in Lithuania. The event was organised by Graičiūnas School of Management (AVM).
Representatives from the tourism sector, educators, trainers and learners joined the workshop to share insights on building green skills and evaluate the best methods for teaching them in tourism. After a brief presentation on the project’s goals and the importance of integrating green skills into education, the group engaged in a focused discussion on business needs and current efforts to equip learners with these skills. They also exchanged ideas on how to best structure green skills training within existing curricula.
The event concluded with participants evaluating the most effective active learning methods for teaching transversal green skills in tourism, offering valuable feedback for the development of the TRANS4GREEN Methodology and Toolbox.
