New Resource from TRANS4GREEN: Guidelines for Teaching Green Skills in VET

The TRANS4GREEN project is proud to present its latest resource:

📘 “Guidelines for Organizing Green Skills Training in VET through Active Learning Methods”

Preparing young people for a sustainable future starts with active engagement in learning. These Guidelines are designed to help VET teachers and trainers embed sustainability into their programmes using learner‑centred approaches that go beyond traditional lecture formats. By encouraging reflection, collaboration, and real‑world application, the Guidelines make teaching more inspiring and learning more relevant to today’s environmental and labour-market needs.

Key features of the Guidelines include:

  • Practical recommendations for implementing active learning methods

  • A framework for designing effective learning activities within the VET context

  • Useful tools and resources for teachers and trainers

These Guidelines complement the TRANS4GREEN Methodology and Toolbox and are freely available to support educators across VET contexts.
