TRANS4GREEN METHODOLOGY: A Holistic Framework for promoting sustainable tourism

The TRANS4GREEN project continues. The task of the current second activity is to prepare a methodology for teaching transversal green skills in vocational training and tourism education.

To achieve this, we held 3 co-design focus groups – one in each partner country – with representatives of different stakeholders. The resulting insights and recommendations were examined using grid analysis.
On this basis, we defined the direction, structure and learning objectives of the planned methodology, as well as the pedagogical framework and active learning methods to be used for effective green skills development.

The international team of experts that has been formed is now focusing on the core of the methodology to provide an effective, transferable, holistic framework for different national contexts and sectors that will equip learners with the green skills needed for a sustainable future.

Together, we are shaping a tourism sector that values both people and planet.
