TRANS4GREEN is innovative compared to other initiatives about green skills in tourism.
The collaborative efforts of the project partners are aimed at developing comprehensive solutions that address the environmental challenges in tourism in a holistic manner, taking into account the whole tourism value chain and its impact on the environment.
The project aims to provide materials that are fully tailored to the current needs of the tourism sector, but also take into account the challenges and opportunities of vocational education and training, structural changes in the labour market and the need for new skills in a wide range of occupations (based on ESCO proposals).
Finally, the project outputs are designed to ensure their transferability to other sectors and qualifications.
